Base Performance X JL Catching

Base Performance and JL Catching will be adding a catchers specific developmental school for the Louisville area. This school will focus on helping youth and high school catchers polish and fine tune their catching skills, game awareness, and controlling the zone. Each member will also be supplied with a strength and conditioning/arm care plan individualized from a Proteus assessment. These programs will be designed to perfect and aid in improving the deficiencies of the athlete both in and out of season.
